Four Seasons Therapy, PLLC, is private practice speech therapy provider and is fee-for-service based. We do not bill to insurance companies. Payments can be made via cash, check, credit, debit, HSA, or FSA cards with Ivy Pay. If you have an insurance policy, you can contact your insurance company to inquire about speech therapy reimbursement for an out-of-network provider. Four Seasons Therapy, PLLC can provide SuperBill documentation upon request to be submitted by you to your insurance company.

PROMPTS for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets is a multidimensional approach to speech production disorders which embraces physical-sensory, cognitive linguistic, and social-emotional aspects. 

PROMPT is a systematic manipulation of tactual-kinesthetic-proprioceptive input to oro-motor structures for changing speech targets.
